The annual honors recognize Broadway and Off-Broadway debuts.

The 2024 Theatre World Awards were held June 10 at the Marquis Theatre. Step onto the red carpet and into the awards ceremony itself with the photos below.

Previously announced winners, all being recognized for their outstanding Broadway and Off-Broadway debut performances this season, included The Who's Tommy's Ali Louis Bourzgui; Oh, Mary!'s Cole Escola; The Outsiders' Brody Grant; An Enemy of the People's Michael Imperioli; The Wiz's Phillip Johnson Richardson and Nichelle Lewis; Patriots' Will Keen; Mary Jane's Rachel McAdams; Hell's Kitchen's Maleah Joi Moon; and Stereophonic's Tom Pecinka, Sarah Pidgeon, and Chris Stack.

Also receiving honors were A.J. Shively, recipient of the Dorothy Loudon Award for his work in Irish Rep's Philadelphia, Here I Come!; Len Cariou, winning the John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement; and arts writer Peter Filichia, this year's Special Award honoree.

Filichia also hosted the evening, which was produced by the Theatre World Awards, Inc. Board of Directors and Dale Badway, with Karen Johnston and Jeffrey Grove serving as executive producers. James Sheridan was associate producer, and Michael Lavine music directed.

This year's honorees were selected by the Theatre World Awards Committee, comprising Linda Armstrong, David Cote, Joe Dziemianowicz, Peter Filichia, David Finkle, Elysa Gardner, Harry Haun, Cary Wong, and Frank Scheck. The Board of Directors is headed by President Badway alongside Vice Presidents Tom Lynch and Michael Kostel, secretary Stephen Wilde, treasurer Ilene Zatkin-Butler, James Sheridan, and Karen Johnston.
