National Asian Artists Project presents a one-night-only performance of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying June 18 at 7:30 PM at New World Stages, Stage 3.
Directed by Cassey Kikuchi Kivnick with choreography by Kyle Garvin,
the cast features Delphi Borich as Rosemary, Cáitlin Burke as Miss
Jones, Ariel Estrada as Ovington/Tackaberry, Rona Figueroa as Smitty,
Kennedy Kanagawa as Bud, Darren Lee as Mr. Biggley, Whit K. Lee as
Finch, Paul Heesang Miller as Gatch, Jay Paranada as Twimble, Herman
Sebek as Bratt, David Shih as Womper/Book Voice, and Anne Fraser Thomas
as Hedy with Emily Ballou, Tuanminh Do, Patricia Jane, Brianna Kim,
Joseph Lee, and Vikas Venuthurupalli.
With a book by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock, and Willie Gilbert and music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying follows the rise of a lowly window washer, who uses a little handbook called How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying to climb the corporate ladder and become a high-powered executive, finding love along the way.
The original Broadway production played 3 previews and 1,417 regular
performances at the 46th Street Theatre October 12, 1961–March 6, 1965.
Co-starring Robert Morse, Bonnie Scott, Charles Nelson Reilly, and Rudy
Vallee, the production earned eight 1962 Tony nominations, winning
seven, including Best Musical. The musical was also awarded the Pulitzer
Prize for Drama. Broadway revivals were headed by Matthew Broderick and
Daniel Radcliffe.

Casting for the performance is by Michael Cassara and Andrea Zee. Sean Cameron is the music director, and the production stage manager is Pradanya Subramanyan.
