Aladdin's Michael James Scott also recently traveled the world visiting Disney productions around the globe.

Disney on Broadway celebrated its 30th anniversary May 16 with an appearance on ABC's Good Morning America.

Cast members from international companies of Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, Hercules, and The Lion King took part in the epic medley, which ended with a performance from the Broadway cast of Aladdin live in the GMA studio. Watch the Disney celebration in the video above.

Michael James Scott, who plays the Genie in the Broadway production of Aladdin, also recently traveled the world, visiting Disney stage musicals in London, Hamburg, Paris, Madrid, and Tokyo. The actor met his international colleagues and immersed himself in a variety of cultural experiences, specific to each country. Watch Scott's journey in the video below.

The Disney celebration will continue May 17 at 12:35 AM ET on ABC's Nightline, which will feature interviews with Scott as well as Samantha Barks, who plays Elsa in Disney’s Frozen West End production.

Disney Theatrical Group, a division of The Walt Disney Studios, was formed in 1994 and operates under the direction of Andrew Flatt, Anne Quart, and Thomas Schumacher. Worldwide, its ten Broadway titles have been seen by more than 200 million theatregoers and have been nominated for 62 Tony Awards, winning Broadway’s highest honor 20 times.

The company’s inaugural production, Beauty and the Beast, opened in 1994, playing a 13-year run. Subsequent titles include the international hit The Lion King, Aida, Mary Poppins, Tarzan, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Frozen. Disney Theatrical Group also opened two acclaimed productions on Broadway in 2012, winning seven Tony Awards between them: Peter and the Starcatcher and Newsies.
