The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society has announced the recipients of this years Keep it Fringe fund, an initiative that supports Fringe artists.

The fund, originally launched in 2023 by the Fringe Society’s honorary President Phoebe Waller-Bridge, increases accessibility and inclusivity at the festival by giving artists and companies a significant grant to offset the costs of bringing a show to the Fringe.

Rooted in the festival’s vision to "give anyone a stage and everyone a seat," the fund is supported by The Department for Culture, Media, and Sport (DCMS), who allocated £1 million to support the Keep it Fringe fund for the next two years, with 360 bursaries of £2,500 to support artists to bring their work to the Fringe.

For the first year, 180 bursaries have been awarded out of the funds 749 applications, which were reviewed by 30 independent assessors.

This year’s recipients reflect the variety that makes up the Fringe, supporting work that covers a wide range of subjects, including immigration, fake news, imposter syndrome, séances, ADHD diagnoses, fortune cookies, sibling dynamics, addiction, and more, with companies and artists covering nearly every genre in the Fringe program.

Representing a mixture of free and ticketed shows, 41% of the successful applicants are as disabled or have a significant health condition, and more than a third come from a working-class background.

Listed alphabetically, the Fringe Fund recipient shows are as follows.
